Golfo di Taormina is a handmade soy wax candle in a glass jar enriched with essential oils.

Soy wax is obtained by hydrogenating the oil obtained from soybeans: it is a white wax with a soft consistency. The main feature is the low environmental impact, practically zero, for all products made with wax obtained from non-GMO soybeans and without additives.

Soy wax contains nothing artificial, making it a better alternative to paraffin wax, which is made from petroleum oil and produces harmful byproducts when burned or melted. Instead, soy wax is non-toxic, making it better for both the environment and your health!

Furthermore, the scent of soy wax candles is much more intense and pleasant than paraffin ones. Due to the lower melting point, there is a greater amount of liquid wax pooling around the wick itself. It is from this vat of liquid wax and the wick itself that essential oils evaporate into the atmosphere much more easily.

This candle is particularly recommended as a massage candle, because it combines the pleasure of hot wax massage with the nourishing, elasticising and velvety cosmetic properties of organic raw materials.

The citrus notes of orange and lemon combine with the typically aromatic and balsamic notes of basil, to give the room a fresh and energizing scent.
